Janelly FourtouAfter several local political mandates, Janelly Fourtou was elected to the European Parliament in 1999.
Member of the Internal Market and Consumer Protection committee from 2001 to 2009 and member of the Culture, Youth, Education, the Media and Sport committee from 1999 to 2009, Janelly Fourtou is the author of numerous reports, especially on intellectual property.
During her two terms in the European Parliament, Janelly Fourtou also participated in the development of EU-Latin America relations as a member of the Delegation for relations with the countries of Central America and Mexico, a member of the Chile-EU Delegation and President of the Economic committee of the Delegation to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly (EUROLAT).
Janelly Fourtou has been President of Europtimum Conseil since 2009.
Edouard DebraEdouard Debra holds a business management/accounting degree from the Institut Centre Européen de Gestion (Advanced European Institute of Management). He worked as an auditor for 4 years in the EUREX and Salustro Reydel networks. In 2004 he became a Parliamentary Assistant.
While involved in the work of the Parliamentary committee on Industry, Research and Energy and the committee on Transport and Tourism, he acquired technical expertise in the fields of information technology and communication, energy, competition and research. With a particular gift for understanding business issues, he works especially on the development of methodologies dedicated to the effective consideration of the interests of civil society from which he comes.

Thomas KiefferAfter obtaining his Master’s II degree in "European Policy" at the Institute for European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Free University of Brussels), Thomas Kieffer joined the European Parliament as a Parliamentary Assistant from 1999 to 2010.
Working both at European and national levels, he has acquired thorough knowledge of all political codes and customs related to European affairs. By working in the Parliamentary Committee on Industry, Research and Energy as well as the Transport and Tourism and also Budget Committees, he has acquired expertise in matters related to transport, energy and security of supply, chemical products and cosmetics.
